At Manisha Engineers Pvt. Ltd., quality begins at the design stage and continues through every stage of manufacturing and tesƟng.
Our transformers are Type Tested at accredited laboratories such as Central Power Research Institute (CPRI), Bangalore, and Electrical Research and Development AssociaƟon (ERDA), Vadodara, at regular intervals to validate performance, safety, and efficiency as per IS and IEC standards.
Each transformer undergoes a comprehensive series of Routine Tests before dispatch to ensure reliability, durability, and conformity to specifications.

Quality In Raw Materials.
Assured by procurement of Raw material from Approved Vendors along with Test Certificate. Input Materials are checked for conformation to our specifications. Wherever required, our QC Engineers visit Supplier’s factories to witness their routine
test.
Quality in Manufacturing Process.
Assured through on-the-job training for all workers and periodic calibration of measuring and testing instruments. We adopt stringent policies and procedures for product manufacturing, testing, and packaging. Quality assurance is maintained at every stage of manufacturing, viz. core assembly, coil winding, job assembly, oven drying, tanking, and outgoing quality checkup. A series of stringent quality control tests endow our transformers with operational reliability and long service life.
